Welcome to our Letterpress Printing section! From custom design business cards, invites, thank you cards, post cards, and art pieces! Printing on stocks of paper that weigh in at 140lb / 18pt, 165lb / 20pt, 200lb / 32pt, 260lb / 40pt, 300lb / 50pt cover stock! All letterpress printed pieces are printed on matte stock. What is letterpress, you ask? In short, Letterpress printing is a technique of relief printing using a printing press, a process by which many copies are produced by repeated direct impression of an inked, raised surface against sheets of paper. When the form (design / type) is set up on the chase, the letterpress presses paper against it to transfer the ink from the form which creates an impression or “bite” on the paper. The result is a keepsake piece with a great tactile feel.

Here at Two Crows Printing most of the jobs we get for Letterpress Printing are custom, our minimum charge for all custom work is $175.
Artwork / File Requirements.
Submitted files need to be 300dpi and file format .pdf .psd .ai .tiff and .jpg files
Color separations need to me made if you have more than one color.
Any type / fonts must be outlined or flattened.
If you need help with the set up of a file, we can help! We can set up your design and make it ready for print for a fee.
Plate Fees
This is a one time fee to have your design made into plates. These plates are used to print your custom design on the paper. Plate fee minimum is $55. These plates can be used for reprint jobs and we keep them filed for any future printing.
Graphic Design
You need your custom job designed and laid out? We can handle that for you as well, for a fee. If this is the case, please send a message and we can discuss your custom design.

Shipping & Turn around
• All print orders are shipped USPS 2-3 day priority. If you need express shipping please state that in the check out notes when placing your order (there is a separate fee for express that you will be charged after your order).
• Once the order has been submitted and we receive your file, we will follow up within 24 hours to show you a digital mock up of what your letterpress design will look like. After approval and payment it will be 3-4 weeks for your order to be completed.
• Need us to put some pep in our step with your letterpress job? We can do that for a fee. Rush fee’s start at $125, and will take about a week total.
